Terms and Conditions – this document outlining the rules for using and providing the service. It defines the rights and responsibilities of the Customer and the Service Provider.
Service Provider – Houseware Mateusz Kucz, Poland, NIP5482735210 providing services to the Customer.
Customer – any individual or company that makes a purchase of the Service from the Service Provider.
Online Store – this website StylesFactory.pl, where the Service can be purchased.
Service – any License for a Template or Plugin offered for sale by the Service Provider on this website.
License – the right to use a template or plugin based on permission granted by the Service Provider.
Template – a file containing an original visual layout for a website.
Plugin – a file containing additional functionality for software supported by the Service Provider.
General Provisions:
The owner of the Online Store is the Service Provider.
This Terms and Conditions document outlines the rules of operation and use of the Online Store and defines the scope of rights and obligations of Customers and the Service Provider related to the use of the Online Store.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change this Terms and Conditions document without giving a reason.
To the fullest extent permissible under law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Online Store, caused by force majeure, the actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the Online Store with the Customer’s technical infrastructure.
The Service Provider reserves the right to set and change the prices of Services at its discretion.
The Service Provider commits to inform the Customers about any changes in this Terms and Conditions document.
Purchase of Services and related provisions:
The purchase of a service is made only and exclusively through the Online Store.
The services subject to sale in the Online Store are licenses for the use of Templates and Plugins.
The customer makes payment for the selected Service through: PayPal, Stripe or cryptocurrency.
To make a purchase of a Service in the Online Store, the Customer must complete the purchase form and make the payment.
The purchased Service is delivered to the Customer’s email address provided in the purchase form, immediately after the payment is credited to the Service Provider’s account.
At the time of purchase, the customer selects the period of use for which they are purchasing the license.
Upon the expiration of the license, the customer loses access to the templates or plugins on the StylesFactory website, as well as their updates. However, the customer can still use the downloaded template or plugin. This does not apply to plugins: Ultimate Server Listing, Twitch Plugin, YouTube Plugin
The Service Provider is not responsible for incorrectly provided customer data in the purchase form.
It is possible to purchase more than one Service at the same time, with the price for each being set individually.
The templates and plugins, whose usage licenses are obtained through the Service, remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider and are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act of February 4, 1994 in the Republic of Poland and by Directive (EU) 2019/790 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 17, 2019 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market and amending Directives 96/9/EC and 2001/29/EC.
The license purchased by the customer can only be used for one website. If the customer wants to use a given Service on more than one website, they must contact the Support Department to arrange for an individual quote.
The purchase of a license is for the customer’s use.
The customer does not have the right to further distribute or resell the purchased license.
Unauthorized sharing or reselling of the purchased license for template or plugin file is a violation of the law as stated in the Copyright and Related Rights Act of February 4, 1994 in the Republic of Poland and by Directive (EU) 2019/790 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market and amending Directives 96/9/EC and 2001/29/EC and may be subject to penalties.
The purchased Service is not eligible for returns due to the inability to verify if the customer has saved the template or plugin file after purchase. The customer should carefully consider their purchase before proceeding.
Customer Account:
The website of the Online Store allows customers to set up individual accounts.
When setting up an account, the customer is required to provide the necessary information for registration and confirm registration by clicking on the activation link sent to the provided email address.
Setting up an account allows, among other things, access to all purchased files in one place and access to purchase history.
The customer logs in to their account through: their email address and the password provided during registration, Discord, or Patreon.
The Service Provider states that it does not have access to the customer’s password.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the loss of access to the customer’s account due to the customer’s own negligence, such as loss of login information or access to the email address, Discord or Patreon.
The customer’s account remains the property of the Online Store.
Upon request, the Service Provider can delete the customer’s account.
In case of a violation of the Terms and Conditions by the customer, the Service Provider may decide to delete the customer’s account.
Customer Support
Upon purchasing a Service, the customer receives free access to the Customer Support, which provides technical support during the license period.
Technical support includes regular updates to templates and plugins purchased through the Service, as well as the repair of errors that prevent the template or plugin from working properly.
After the expiration of the license, in order to access the Customer Support and the latest updates, the customer is required to pay for an extension of the license. The cost of renewing the license is lower than the original service price.

The Customer Support provides support within 24 hours of the report.
The customer is required to make every effort to ensure that the report includes all necessary information and data to provide support.
If the customer does not show a willingness to cooperate with the Customer Support, such as refusing to provide necessary information or making contact difficult, the Customer Support may refuse to provide support.
Personal Data Processing:

The personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of providing services, handling requests and responding to reports.
The categories of personal data include, but are not limited to, name and surname, phone number, email address, address, data dedicated to the process/service/project.
Your personal data may be shared with third-party data processors on the Data Controller’s behalf, such as Google Analytics.
Your personal data will be retained for as long as there is a legally justified interest of the Data Controller, unless you object to the processing of your data.
You have the right to access the content of your data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, data portability, object and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in the Republic of Poland, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (uniform text Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) in the Republic of Poland or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of April 27, 2016 (Journal of Laws UE.L No. 119, page 1).
The data provided by you may be subject to automated decision-making and profiling.
Data are obtained from the individuals to whom they relate.
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to provide the services, handle requests and respond to reports.
Failure to provide personal data may result in the inability to provide the service.
